The Country Club Of Decatur

The Country Club of Decatur is a private member club in Decatur, Illinois, founded in 1928 and opened on July 4, 1929. The clubhouse sits on a wooded knoll overlooking a lake, providing a backdrop for the dining, recreation, and social events the club has hosted for nearly a century. The club's facilities include an 18-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, and a swimming pool with summer programming. Inside the clubhouse, multiple dining areas — including the Main Dining Room, Terrace Dining Room, Bar, and patios — serve both everyday member dining and private events. The club hosts private events ranging from weddings and receptions to corporate gatherings, golf outings, showers, and milestone celebrations. Banquet and catering packages are available, and an events team works directly with clients to plan and coordinate each occasion.
