The Davenport

The Davenport is a full-service event and reception hall set inside a historic building in downtown Greer, South Carolina, with photos dating the property to around 1898. The venue offers a 2,500-square-foot banquet hall with hardwood floors and exposed brick, and clients are free to bring their own DJ, caterer, and florist rather than choose from a required vendor list. The hall accommodates up to 140 guests for a seated dinner with room for buffet tables, or up to 210 guests for a standing reception, and is used for weddings and receptions, rehearsal parties, company parties, seminars and training, holiday parties, birthday parties, and other special events. A kitchenette with a stove, microwave, sink, and refrigerator is available for event use, along with wireless internet and on-site parking in the historic downtown Greer setting.
