Centrally located in the heart of the Phoenix warehouse district, The Duce is a one-stop shop for mid to large scale corporate events, convention receptions, holiday parties, awards galas, fundraisers, weddings, bar & bar mitzvahs, birthday bashes & class Reunions… we do it all !!! Our spacious 16,000 square foot historic warehouse has 11,000 square feet of indoor space plus a 5,000 square foot patio and rooftop lounge...Voted best patio in Phoenix! There are three separate stages, multiple vintage bars as well as a boxing ring, a 1965 Airstream trailer that doubles as kitchen space, old school bleachers & citrus trees under a refurbished skylight. - How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Pricing to rent The Duce really depends on your date, time, guest count, and overall vision for the event, since everything here is super customizable. We have multiple spaces—both indoor and outdoor—so rental can range from a single space to a full venue buyout.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Our venue rental includes setup and cleanup, use of the selected space(s), tables, chairs, lounge seating, and staffing support for the event. We also provide coordination leading up to and on the day of your event to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- What is the venue capacity?
- The Duce can host a wide range of group sizes depending on how much of the venue you’d like to use. For smaller gatherings, we can section off spaces, and for full buyouts our capacity is up to around 1,500 guests across the entire property, including indoor and outdoor areas.
- Is the venue handicap accessible?
- Yes!
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- Yes! The Duce offers full onsite catering with a variety of menu options. Our food is prepared in-house, and we can customize menus to fit your style—anything from passed appetizers and dinner stations and late-night snacks.
