What is the venue capacity?: 200 guests seated, 300 guests reception style
Is the venue handicap accessible?: Yes, the venue is ADA accessible
Does the venue have a liquor license?: Yes, the venue holds a liquor license and handles all beverage service.
What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?: If the Client cancels before the final payment is due, the Client will not need to pay the remaining balance, but all payments already made are non-refundable. If the Client cancels after the final payment due date, the Client is responsible for the full contract amount.
Does the venue have any décor restrictions?: All décor and outside vendors must be approved in advance. Signage, red carpets, confetti, glitter, sparklers, and balloons are not allowed. Open-flame candles must be in glass holders. Nothing may be attached to the walls or ceilings.
