The Elmridge Room at Tomahawk Hills Golf Course

The Elmridge Room is a rentable event space within the Tomahawk Hills Golf Course clubhouse, operated by the Johnson County Park & Recreation District in Shawnee, Kansas. The 34-by-47-foot room accommodates up to 120 guests comfortably — or up to 150 in a lecture-style arrangement — and opens onto a 2,670-square-foot outdoor patio with views of the golf course. Built in a prairie style with native stonework and broad overhanging eaves, the clubhouse opened in 2011. Inside, the room is equipped with a catering bar, a kitchenette with microwave, sink, and refrigerator, a dance floor, and chairs and tables for up to 120. The facility follows an open vendor policy, allowing groups to bring their own food, beverages, and alcohol, giving event hosts full flexibility over catering arrangements.
