The Elyria Country Club

Founded in 1905, Elyria Country Club is one of Ohio's storied private clubs, established by the Worthington Golf Ball Company, once the largest golf ball manufacturer in the world. At its center is a championship golf course designed by renowned architect William S. Flynn, celebrated for its strategic design and enduring challenge. Set on 200 scenic acres just west of Cleveland, the club pairs its tree-lined course with an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a patio and fire pit, and multiple dining options, giving wedding and event guests a full clubhouse backdrop beyond the fairways. Elyria Country Club hosts weddings, golf outings, corporate events, private parties, and social gatherings across its indoor and outdoor spaces, with an in-house culinary team crafting menus from fresh, local ingredients and an event coordinator overseeing planning from booking through event day.
