This luxuriously designed third-floor venue is connected to the new AC Hotel Portsmouth Downtown Waterfront and can host up to 300 guests in a 4,390-square-foot ballroom that can be divided into three smaller spaces for more intimate events. Guests will be greeted by a pre-function area boasting floor-to-ceiling windows and a terrace offering sweeping views of the Portsmouth seaport and the Piscataqua River.
