The Estate on Second originated in 1923 as the Southern Counties Gas Company headquarters, then went on as offices, a restaurant, and more before Jay's Catering saw its potential and restored it. The worn brick is original. The wooden beams are original. The Palladian windows flooding the rooms with natural light, original. The Georgian Colonial architecture provides a historic backdrop that you can’t get anywhere else in Orange County. No fake patina. No reclaimed wood accent walls.
