The Estate on Second originated in 1923 as the Southern Counties Gas Company headquarters, then went on as offices, a restaurant, and more before Jay's Catering saw its potential and restored it. The worn brick is original. The wooden beams are original. The Palladian windows flooding the rooms with natural light, original. The Georgian Colonial architecture provides a historic backdrop that you can’t get anywhere else in Orange County. No fake patina. No reclaimed wood accent walls. Just a hundred years of real history in every surface.

- Yes. All catering is provided by Jay's Catering, a family owned and operated business for over 50 years providing exceptional service and menu options.
- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- Yes.
- Does the venue have a curfew for events?
- You can party until 12:00am, since our venue is entirely indoors! The longest event time we offer is a 6-hour reception, with an optional half-hour ceremony addition if your ceremony is also onsite.
