The Exchange

After many months of research, planning, and renovation, the Exchange finally opened its doors in January of 2019. It originated from the wish to establish a productive space for the mobile workers who live and operate within our densely populated and rapidly expanding community. The office and co-working space was purposefully designed to inspire and connect people, making it an ideal setting for the hard-working minds that are concentrated in our enormously influential region. We are the type of self-employed individuals who are looking for a reasonable office space. The rapidly expanding team of a startup that is not quite ready to move into a corporate office. The person who believes they can "work from home" but finds out there is no such thing in reality. The real estate agent, attorney, or business networker who requires executive office services. Do you require a large amount of space for the event? The Exchange is more than 5,000 square feet in size and features hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, a grand fireplace, beautiful porches, and a variety of other amenities.
