- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Your venue rental includes the use of site-owned tables and chairs for guest seating and food displays, white cotton linen, and use of the rented space for 2 hours of set up, up to 5 hours of event time, and 2 hours of breakdown.
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- Cancellation In the event of cancellation, this agreement may be terminated upon written notice to East Meets West and in accordance with the following schedule: More than 90 days before the event: 100% of the deposit will be refunded, less non refundable venue fee, administrative fee less any plan
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- Helium balloons and confetti are not allowed. Use of Nails, Tacks, tape, and/or glue to affix décor to existing surfaces is not allowed. Real candles must be encased in votive holders or hurricanes with flame reaching well below the top of holder.

- Our exclusive caterer, East Meets West Catering, does offer off premise catering
