The Flame Catering and Banquet Center

The Flame Catering and Banquet Center has served the greater New Bern area as one of Eastern North Carolina's most recognized catering and private event companies. Based two miles from downtown New Bern, the company operates its own Banquet Center — a 4,500-square-foot private venue accommodating 50 to 300 guests — and works as a preferred caterer at partner venues across Craven, Pamlico, Jones, and Onslow Counties. The Banquet Center's event-ready setup includes a handmade marble-topped bar, a large pre-function area, and all tables, chairs, plates, silverware, and glassware. Each event is staffed by a dedicated event coordinator who assists with menu planning, vendor coordination, and décor concepts, whether for a wedding, corporate gathering, military ball, church function, family reunion, or nonprofit fundraiser.
