The Flying Bridge

Your wedding at The Flying Bridge is tailored to fit your taste and style. We’ve redesigned our venue and updated our services to provide a variety of experiences customized for you and your guests. Our dedicated wedding & events staff will guide you through the process and ensure your day matches your vision. With Falmouth Harbor and Vineyard Sound as your backdrop, our Harbor Lights deck offers a gorgeous location for your wedding ceremony. A Flying Bridge ceremony provides a convenient one-site location for your day. Our setup includes white seating for guests and use of our arbor. The Harbor Lights Deck can also be available for a scheduled rehearsal the day before your wedding. We also offer a genuine Cape Cod beachfront ceremony at our sister venue, The Falmouth Tides Hotel — a 29-room boutique hotel five minutes from The Flying Bridge with a private beach and sweeping views of Vineyard Sound and Martha’s Vineyard. Your event specialist can assist with arranging a shuttle or trolley to transport your guests effortlessly between The Falmouth Tides and the Flying Bridge for the reception. The roof deck at the Tides Hotel, with breathtaking 360-degree water views, is also available for smaller ceremonies or photo sessions. The Flying Bridge Restaurant and Marina sits on 1.3 acres of harbor-front property. The circular drive provides a red-carpet-style entrance protected from the elements during inclement weather. The yachts tied up at the marina and the gardens in front provide your guests with an authentic Cape Cod ambiance and a perfect backdrop for photos. Our newly renovated second-floor event space features a grand stairway entrance, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a deck overlooking Falmouth Harbor that wraps around the entire venue. Guest tables are situated to the left of the staircase and along the protected outdoor deck. To the right of the entrance is a beautiful marble-top bar and a sizable dance floor with space for live entertainment or a DJ. A wall of accordion glass doors opens the room to the deck, creating a seamless transition from the dance floor to the deck with views of the Harbor, Vineyard Sound, and beyond. Carefully designed menus by Executive Chef Leon Biscoe provide a wide variety of dining options, allowing you to customize your reception to your taste. Menu options include passed or stationary hors d’oeuvres, plated dinners, an all-inclusive gold reception package, and late-night bites. Create a Day You’ll Cherish Forever.
