The Gant Aspen

The Gant is Aspen's premier condominium resort, situated on five scenic acres at the base of Aspen Mountain — a few blocks from the gondola and historic downtown. Opened in 1973 as one of Aspen's first upscale condominium resorts to pair full hotel services with private residences, The Gant has built its reputation around exceptional hospitality and a mountain setting that works equally well for ski getaways, weddings, family reunions, and corporate retreats. At the heart of its event offerings is the Molly Campbell Conference Center, a 5,500-square-foot facility that underwent a $5 million renovation in 2014. The center features a 1,500-square-foot rooftop terrace with 360-degree panoramic views of the surrounding Elk Mountains — Aspen's only meeting space offering that vantage point — alongside flexible indoor and outdoor floor plans, contemporary furnishings, and enhanced audio-visual systems. Spaces range from the combined East/West Maroon Room for larger receptions of up to 150 guests down to the Aerie Lounge for intimate gatherings. The Gant is also the only full-service condominium resort in Aspen with on-property food and beverage service.
