The Gin at Rasberry Greene

The Gin at Rasberry Greene is a wedding and event venue tucked into the piney woods of Soso, Mississippi, situated centrally between Jackson and Hattiesburg just outside Laurel. Housed in a structure evoking the area's agricultural past, the venue blends rustic character with modern touches to create a setting built around connection and celebration. The main space accommodates up to 300 guests for standing receptions and up to 150 seated, with a wrap-around porch overlooking the lake and multiple outdoor ceremony areas nestled among the pines. Dedicated dressing suites — a bride's suite with private bath and hair and makeup area, and a groom's suite with lake views and television — let wedding parties prepare on-site. A full commercial kitchen, covered vendor access drive-through, and abundant natural lighting alongside special photography lighting support a wide range of event styles. Rasberry Greene's approach centers on simple, flexible policies designed to give couples the freedom to plan the wedding they envision without unnecessary restrictions.
