- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- There is parking across the street next to the Proper Hotel. This is a 1 minute walk. It is paid public parking as we are Downtown Los Angeles. Usually from $8-$10. We do offer Valet Parking services.
- Is the venue handicap accessible?
- Yes, there is Wheelchair access
- Can I bring my own bar/alcohol?
- Yes, we allow outside alcohol and bar but all bar vendors/bar tenders must be licensed and must have a certificate of insurance.
- Can you have a ceremony & reception?
- Yes! You can have just a Ceremony or you can have a Ceremony & Reception. We have staff that can flip the room for this. It is simply magical!
- What is the venue capacity?
- Our capacity is 150 guests. This is 100 seated and 150 standing. We can also expand your seated guests with a Tent outside our private parking area that would have chandeliers and drapery.
