The Grand Magnolia House

The Grand Magnolia House is a historic Southern Colonial antebellum estate in Marshallville, Georgia, listed on the National Historic Register. Set on beautifully landscaped grounds among century-old pecan trees, the property has served as a center of celebration in Middle Georgia and carries a legacy of Southern charm and hospitality. The estate accommodates up to 225 guests across five distinct indoor and outdoor event areas — including a gazebo, a pergola, a front lawn, a 4,000-square-foot deck, and a bamboo garden — offering flexibility for ceremonies, receptions, and private events of many kinds. Indoors, the house provides two parlors, a veranda, and formal dining areas suited to more intimate gatherings, showers, corporate retreats, and reunions.
