The Grand Oaks Resort

Set on approximately 400 acres of oak-shaded countryside in Weirsdale, Florida, The Grand Oaks Resort is a boutique destination offering flexible banquet spaces, on-site catering, and lodging for guests — all within a distinctive natural setting in Florida's horse country, minutes from The Villages and centrally located between Orlando and Ocala. The resort's banquet facilities range from the intimate Snuggery at The Bistro for small group luncheons to the expansive Oak Room, which seats up to 250 guests, and the West and East Galleries, each capable of hosting up to 350 guests banquet-style for weddings, reunions, fundraisers, holiday parties, and corporate gatherings. The on-site Bistro restaurant provides catering for private events, drawing on a menu of American cuisine. Tables, chairs, linens, updated lighting and sound equipment, and video projection are available for banquet events. Beyond the banquet halls, the resort's accommodations — including 1- and 2-bedroom villas and the Oak Tree Lodge, which sleeps 12 — make it a practical choice for multi-day celebrations and out-of-town guests.
