Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes, bookings must be at least 2 hours.
What are the rental hours for an event?
With a booking minimum of 2 hours, your rental includes access to the venue from the agreed start time to end time, which must include both setup and breakdown. Going over the approved guest capacity may result in immediate event termination without a refund.
What are requirements for staffing and security?
Security is required for events with over 25 guests or any events involving alcohol. Additional staffing fees may apply for bartenders, servers, etc.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
No outside alcohol is allowed. All alcohol must be served by our licensed bartenders, and service must end 10 minutes before the event concludes. Note: Food and beverage are not included in the rental price and are available at an additional cost.
What are the catering and food policies?
Outside catering is permitted with prior approval, and all caterers must be licensed and insured. We also offer in-house food options upon request.
