The Haddon Fortnightly

The Haddon Fortnightly is a historic event venue in Haddonfield, New Jersey, housed in a landmarked building constructed in 1857 as the Second Methodist Church. The Haddon Fortnightly — a women's civic organization founded in 1894 — acquired the property in 1931 and has maintained it as its headquarters since. The structure is listed on both the New Jersey and National Registers of Historic Places. Four spaces are available for private rental — The Foyer, The Club Room, The Tea Room, and The Auditorium — and the entire building can be reserved for larger events. The Elizabeth Suite, a newly added bridal suite, offers a dedicated preparation space for wedding parties. The venue hosts hundreds of private and public events each year, welcoming weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, fundraisers, corporate functions, and reunions.
