The Hotel Mead & Conference Center

Hotel Mead Resort & Conference Center is a resort and convention hotel in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, anchored by a multi-story lobby with an atrium and skylights. The property combines overnight accommodations with on-site dining at The Whitney and Grand Avenue Tavern, plus an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center for guests in town for an event. The hotel's meeting and banquet spaces range from the Grand Ballroom, which divides into three rooms and holds up to 400 guests theater-style or 250 for banquet seating, to smaller rooms like Centralia, Aspen, Pine, and Oak suited to trainings and more intimate gatherings. The Riverside Ballroom adds cocktail table options for receptions, and on-site technical staff and a banquet menu support events across that range of sizes.
