The Hudson Uptown Building (The HUB)

The HUB Station is a multifaceted arts and event center housed in a restored 80-year-old former school building in Hudson, North Carolina. Once known as The Hudson Uptown Building, the venue has been reimagined as a community gathering place that blends historic character with flexible event programming. The Auditorium serves as the venue's centerpiece, offering a full stage and accommodating up to 400 guests in theater-style seating or up to 250 for receptions, banquets, and celebrations. Two dressing rooms and a catering prep space support productions and private events alike. For smaller gatherings, The Gallery Room provides 700 square feet of intimate, naturally lit space suited for baby showers, engagement parties, team meetings, and workshops, with tables, chairs, and Wi-Fi included. Beyond private events, The HUB Station hosts ongoing community programming including dinner theater productions, Third Thursday Concerts, art camps, and seasonal exhibitions. Nonprofit organizations receive discounted rental rates.
