The Inn at Grace Farm

The Inn at Grace Farm is a private estate wedding venue set in the Vermont countryside of Fairfax, with panoramic views of the Green Mountains. Originally a farming homestead, the property still bears remnants of its original stone footings, and its current buildings — the Inn, the Stone House, and an octagon-shaped post-and-beam barn — reflect that agricultural heritage. The barn, built in 2014 with lumber drawn largely from the surrounding acreage, serves as the estate's reception space; it received a fresh coat of white paint in 2022 and includes radiant floor heating and an on-site catering kitchen, making it a year-round option for weddings. The estate offers three outdoor ceremony sites: a front lawn framed by a built-in timber arch with the Green Mountains as a backdrop, a west lawn set closest to the property's waterfall, and a more secluded backyard site anchored by an old stone structure. Couples and their wedding parties can also stay on site — the Inn and the Stone House provide boutique lodging for getting ready, rehearsal dinners, and morning-after brunches, with exclusive access to the property throughout the wedding weekend.
