- Does the venue have on-site A/V equipment?
- Yes. While ICA North is primarily a gallery space, we can accommodate AV needs with advance notice and coordination through your production or planning team.
- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- The cost of renting the venue depends on the day of the event, the number of guests, and the duration of the event, including setup and breakdown time. In general, pricing can range from $2,000 to $5,000. We also offer the option to rent the entire campus for $10,000.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- The venue rental includes access to our garden, amphitheater, and the option to use some of our studios for storage. We also provide chairs and a bar setup, and we have heaters available when needed for cooler weather.
- What is the venue capacity?
- The venue can accommodate up to 250 seated guests or between 400 to 500 standing guests, depending on the event setup and layout.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- Yes, there are some décor restrictions, particularly in our indoor gallery spaces, where certain areas are limited to protect the artwork. However, the garden area offers more flexibility, and décor options can be customized depending on the type of setup you have in mind.
