The Jones Center at The Contemporary Austin

With a spectacular open-air canopy that provides protection from the elements, The Jones Center offers a distinctive, modern setting perfect for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate receptions, conferences, and meetings. Lewis.Tsurumaki, renowned architects, refurbished this historically and aesthetically significant building in 2011. Lewis. In 2016, Paul Lewis of LTL Architecture oversaw a refurbishment and expansion that culminated in the opening of the brand-new Moody Rooftop. The 3,000 square foot Roof Deck of the Jones Center has a built-in bar, an optional 20' x 11' screen, bistro tables, a panoramic view of the city skyline, and open-air shelter from the elements. This area is perfect for seated dinners, movie screenings, and cocktail parties. On the second floor of the Jones Center, with a view of Congress Avenue, is the Community Room, a room with full A/V capabilities. This area is ideal for lectures, seminars, workshops, and press lounges because it can accommodate up to 70 people. The 3,300 square foot Moody Rooftop at the Jones Center features a lovely canopy and a breathtaking, expansive skyline vista. This area is perfect for seated dinners, movie screenings, and cocktail parties. The Community Room is an indoor meeting room with a view of Congress Avenue that is completely A/V enabled.
