The Kingan Garden

Kingan Gardens is a historic event venue set within a 15,000-square-foot walled garden in Tucson's El Presidio neighborhood. The 1902 landmarked property served as a private residence and later as the Tucson Museum of Art's inaugural site before being transformed into a dedicated wedding and event space. The grounds blend old-world architectural character with modern amenities, featuring lush greenery, decorative fountains, and mature trees throughout. The venue's outdoor spaces accommodate gatherings from intimate 25-guest celebrations to receptions of up to 250. Dedicated areas for ceremony, cocktail hour, and dining allow events to flow naturally through the garden. Two getting-ready suites — one in the restored carriage house and one in the main house — serve the wedding party before the event begins. Kingan Gardens provides in-house catering with menu tastings, full DJ services, day-of coordination, linens, china, and setup and breakdown as part of its all-inclusive packages. The property also features a covered bar, a climate-controlled Cake Room with a vintage baby grand piano, a catering kitchen, and parking for 40 or more vehicles.
