The Lake House - Guest Cottages of The Berkshires

Your wedding will be more than just a wedding when you celebrate it at The Lake House Guest Cottages of The Berkshires, which offers a one-of-a-kind and cozy setting for your big day against the backdrop of the majestic and natural beauty of Pontoosuc Lake. Your big day will feel more like an experience than just a wedding. We are a venue for weekend events that can provide sleeping accommodations for up to 50 guests and space for up to 100 additional guests during the event itself. Our property has the capacity to host a total of 150 guests when used as an outdoor venue and our event tent, and it can accommodate 60 guests when the event is held entirely inside. Our event tent is completely brand new and features the latest in tent technology. It has lovely sides with large windows that can be sealed off, making it possible to hold celebrations and ceremonies regardless of the weather outside. The tent has some rudimentary lighting and a flooring made of artificial turf installed in it. However, if you rent the space, you can easily add additional lighting and decorations. No matter how you choose to plan your special day at the Lake House, you can rest assured that it will be situated in the heart of the Berkshires, with all of the stunning locations that the region is known for within a half-drive hour's of the property.
