The Leland Lodge is a historic hotel and event venue in the lakeside village of Leland on Michigan's Leelanau Peninsula. The property traces its roots to 1908, when local entrepreneur Frank Rosman built the original Nicholas Hotel on the site, and the lodge has welcomed guests and celebrations in the region ever since. Today it operates year-round as the only full-service, upscale hotel in Leelanau County. Three event spaces — the Oak Room, the Wine Bar and Wine Cellar, and an outdoor Courtyard and Garden — accommodate gatherings from intimate dinners to full-scale weddings. The lodge has hosted wedding celebrations for nearly a century and welcomes birthday parties, memorials, corporate meetings, and multi-generational family retreats as well. Spaces can be used separately or combined, and peak-season events may reserve all 21 guest rooms and cottages for a complete buyout. The Wine Cellar restaurant and Bogey's 19th Hole bar serve guests year-round on-site, and the property sits adjacent to the historic Leland Country Club, with Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Lake Michigan beaches, local wineries, and Leland's Fishtown all close at hand.
