How much does it cost to rent the venue?
Package rates depend on day of the week, time of year, and type of event. To see current package rates, visit: https://www.thelighthousegcm.com/lighthouse-events Full Day: $7,500 - $16,500 1/2 Day: $5,000 - $6,000
What is included in the venue rental cost?
This will vary depending on the package you choose. All packages include up to 12 hours, 1-hr initial consultation, East and West gardens with market lights, patio deck, tables and chairs, setup and breakdown, on-site parking, preferred partners list, day-of staffing, a la carte options, no taxes.
Does the venue have a curfew for events?
Yes. Saturday: 12am; Sunday-Thursday: 10pm; Friday: 11pm. Music must be off no later than 1-hour before curfew, with clear out completed and doors locked by curfew time.
Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
Yes. We have complimentary on-site parking and additional overflow parking.
Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?

With over 35 years of event experience, from Facility Operations at Paramount Pictures and marketing/promotion for CBS in Los Angeles to catering and managing events for the last 24 years in the Bay Area, Maggie has brought that wisdom to venue management. From the Gaia Arts Center in Berkeley to the SF Film Centre in the Presidio and currently to the Lighthouse at Glen Cove Marina in Solano County, Maggie's vast experience in every department helps round out her knowledge of venue management.
