We've been bringing celebrations to life since 2017. Every event includes the following amenities: farm tables and bistro chairs with pads, for 50 5 large furniture pieces, thoughtfully staged throughout the venue for display areas bluetooth speaker system for your music playlist banquet tables (8 ft. and 6 ft.) hardwood floors throughout natural light, with floor to ceiling windows across the entire space vintage chandeliers and hanging pendant lighting 2 private ADA restrooms refrigerator with freezer, microwave and work table onsite management throughout your event trash removal at the end of your event extra 30 minutes early entry, for your convenience The Loft is a blank canvas venue, offering you the option to decorate yourself, or include one of our decor packages to your event, as an upgrade. We also offer several intimate wedding packages, perfect for couples choosing to celebrate with a small group of friends/family, while still enjoying the luxuries of a beautiful venue. Options: Elopement - Monday - Thursday, up to 10 people 1.5 hours Microwedding - Fri, Sat. Sun., up to 25 people, 3 hours, all-inclusive Standard Mini Wedding - up to 50 guests, 8 hours Luxury Mini Wedding - up to 50 guests, 8 hours, with decor/design details included from our inventory

Non-wedding events starting price- $900, 5 hours, 10 am to 3 pm, Sat. and Sunday. Non-wedding events, $1100, 5 hours, 6 pm to 11 pm, Fri, Sat, and Sunday.

- We do not have our liquor license, but welcome outside vendors and alcohol at this venue. A licensed/insured bartender is required to serve all alcohol.
- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- For brunchtime, non-wedding weekend events, $900, for the venue and all amenities included. For evening non-wedding weekend events, $1100, for the venue and all amenities included. Wedding package PDF is available on pricing page.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Farm tables and chairs for up to 50 are included, along with 8 ft. banquet tables for your catering set up needs. A bluetooth speaker system is available for your use, along with 5 large furniture pieces, staged throughout the venue, for your display areas. Onsite management included.
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- Your initial retainer fee of 50% is non refundable. If you need to reschedule your event, we will offer available dates, within the given year, for one reschedule.
