Our space offers over 10,000 square feet of event space, perfect for conferences, awards banquets, employee appreciation parties, meetings, and weddings. Our expansive, light-flooded upper level is perfect for ceremonies and receptions for up to 250 guests; we offer our elegant lounge with a unique terrarium feature on the lower level; a uniquely designed bar on each floor; two green rooms - perfect for executive/VIP privacy & wedding parties; a beautiful outdoor terrace with views of the downtown skyline and a sunken patio for a more intimate place to enjoy a cocktail or conversation. - What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Access to 10,000 square feet of event space (depending if both floor are needed), Upper terrace, Lower level patio with cafe lights, Two furnished green rooms, Built-in bars on each level, Bar staffing & glassware, Custom wooden tables & chairs, Parking, and Security.
- Is the venue handicap accessible?
- Yes. There are two dedicated ADA parking spots, an elevator, and a ramp.
- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- Yes. There are three parking lots in total-- two are available all the time, with the third only available after 5:00 pm on weekdays and all the time on weekends. Approximately 200 parking spots in total.
- Is there a coat closet/coat check room?
- Yes. We have a coat check that is free and available to use. If you would like an attendant, we can assign one for $30/hour.
- What is the venue capacity?
- 410 people total. With our onsite furniture, we can seat up to 275 guests.
