The Lumberyard

AM Booth's Lumberyard is a 120-year-old entertainment complex located three blocks from Huntsville, Alabama's downtown square in the Meridian Entertainment District. Spanning a collection of reimagined historic buildings, the property serves as a gathering place for the community — known locally as "Downtown's Backyard" — offering a relaxed atmosphere rooted in southern hospitality. The complex encompasses multiple distinct event spaces, including The Kiln, The Courtyard, The Taproom, The Veranda, The Patio, Booth's Alley, the Blue Bayou rail car, and a Banquet Hall, along with a full-service restaurant, multiple bars, four stages, and large outdoor patios. A signature feature is the 1924 dining rail car positioned in the central courtyard, surrounded by an eclectic collection of vintage décor and plant life. The venue hosts weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, and music performances, offering private rental spaces throughout the complex for gatherings of many sizes.
