The Majestic Theater is southern Iowa's unique wedding and event venue. Our historic theater and ballroom is perfect for your ceremony, reception, or meeting. Offering a classic and affordable venue, we have hosted large and small weddings, graduations, and corporate events. Plus, for destination weddings and travelers to Iowa, we are just a short walk from our sister property, The Continental Hotel, a beautiful boutique hotel and restaurant. Originally built as a silent movie theater, The Majestic Theater is a two-story venue with a beautifully restored stage, theater, and balcony on the main level. The upper level features a prohibition-era ballroom and bar and large, sunny ballroom. From quirky to vintage to corporate, this is a space you can truly make your own!
