The Mast Farm Inn

The Mast Farm Inn is a historic inn and event venue set on 20-plus acres in Valle Crucis, North Carolina, roughly fifteen minutes from Boone in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The property dates to the 1870s and includes an original barn, farmhouse rooms, historic cottages, and modern cabins that together accommodate up to 59 overnight guests. The inn hosts events from intimate elopements to full-property wedding weekends and corporate retreats for groups of 2 to 100. An in-house team — including a dedicated wedding planner, chef, baker, and florals grown on the property — handles most planning in one place. Couples and groups can choose from multiple settings on the grounds, including the 1870s Barn, a riverfront area, a flower garden, a waterfall ceremony site, and the Wedding Square nestled among historic cottages. Valle Tavern, the property's farm-to-fork restaurant, is on-site and available for event catering. Southern breakfasts are included for overnight guests.
