The Estate Cave or one of the on-site ballrooms at The Meritage Resort and Spa can accommodate receptions of up to 1,000 guests. These flexible spaces are also perfect for more intimate sized events. The Meritage Resort provides an expert event and conference services team, dedicated to making any big day not only memorable, but effortless. In addition to assisting with the planning of your celebration, a specialized event manager can recommend and arrange rehearsal dinners, spa packages, exclusive entertainment options, and special guest room rates for guests.

Pricing Packages
Classic, Elegant and Luxury
The per-person pricing starts at $200. Peak-season (May-October) pricing is: Saturdays – $10,000 Fridays – $8,000 Sundays through Thursdays – $6,000 Off-season (November-April) pricing is: Saturdays – $10,000 Fridays – $8,000 Sundays through Thursdays – $6,000 Site fees vary by day of the week and the number of guests. This fee includes your ceremony, cocktail hour, a seated meal, and dancing locations, along with resort-owned tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and flatware provided for up to 6 hours, or 7 hours with the luxury package. You may extend past the 6 hours for an additional fee per hour, and all events will conclude no later than 1:00 am. Two event spaces are included. A professional wedding planner is required on the big day to ensure everything flows seamlessly.

- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Site fees range from $10,000 - $4,000 depending on the day of the week & time of year. Off-season pricing offered for November – April months. Indian wedding site fees start at $12,000 and outside catering fees are applied for approved caterers wedding meals.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Fees include Bridal suite with 1-night stay. A ceremony, cocktail hour, seated meal & dancing locations along with resort owned tables, chairs, linen, china, glassware, flatware, votive candles & a custom printed menu provided for up to 6 hours. Additional time may be purchased past 6 hours.
- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- Parking is offered for all guests staying on the property or attending an event. Overnight Self Parking is $15 and Valet Parking is $25 per night.
- Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?
- Our wedding specialists will assist you through the planning process in addition to the wedding planner (minimum day-of-planning) you are required to hire.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- The sit-down meal is pre-selected and served as a plated meal. We also offer a hosted bar for wine, beer, and hard alcohol with a set-up fee.
