The Mill on The River

The Mill on the River is a wedding venue and fine dining restaurant set along the water in South Windsor, Connecticut, with more than 30 years of experience hosting weddings and private events. The property features an outdoor waterfront ceremony location alongside two banquet rooms — the Rafters Room and the River Room — giving couples the flexibility to choose a setting that fits the scale and feel of their celebration. Full-time wedding planners guide couples through every detail, from menu selection and linens to day-of coordination, allowing the focus to remain on the event itself rather than the logistics behind it. Seven tiered wedding packages — ranging from the Signature offering to Premiere Stations — accommodate a range of preferences and guest counts, with off-season incentives available for couples booking outside peak months.
