- Food and beverage cost are charged and are subject to a minimum food and beverage spend requirement. Buyout quotes are based on the date/time of the event.

- CANCELLATION: You hereby authorize the venue to charge these fees and to pay these charges in accordance with this AGREEMENT. If the event is cancelled within 45 days of the event date for any reason, the total food and beverage minimum will be charged to the card on file.
