The Munroe Inn Bed & Breakfast

Built in 1899 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Munroe Inn is a restored Queen Anne-style bed and breakfast set on Pleasant Street in Auburn, Maine. The building retains many of its original architectural details — high ceilings, intricate crown molding, oak wainscoting, and stained-glass windows — alongside contemporary comforts added during a comprehensive restoration completed in 2019. The inn offers four named suites on the second floor: the Maria, Florence, Noble, and Horace. Each suite ranges from 420 to 620 square feet and includes a private bath, central air conditioning, and fast Wi-Fi.
