About The National Nordic Museum
The National Nordic Museum is an internationally recognized museum and cultural center where people of all backgrounds are welcomed to be inspired by the values, traditions, art, and spirit of the Nordic peoples. Dedicated to collecting, preserving, and educating since its founding in 1980, our institution is the largest museum in the United States to honor the legacy of immigrants from the five Nordic countries: Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden. The NNM shares Nordic culture with people of all ages and backgrounds by exhibiting art and objects, preserving collections, providing educational and cultural experiences, and serving as a community gathering place. As a venue, it offers a variety of event spaces suitable for both large and small gatherings. All venue rentals include banquet tables and chairs, on-site staff during the event, basic house sound and lighting, and secured Wi-Fi.

- All venue rentals include an inventory of banquet tables and chairs, on-site staff member during the event, simple house sound and lighting, and secured Wi-Fi.

- No open fire or use of glitter or confetti permitted.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- The client can choose between our five exclusive catering partners. Service-only upon request.
- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- Typically the catering partner provides a liquor license.
- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- Reserving the parking lot is available for evening event rentals (5pm–12am). Cost is a $650 rental fee. There is also metered parking on the surrounding streets, and a number of accessible pay lots within a few blocks of the Museum. Valet-service available upon request.
