The Nord Room at French Meadow Bakery & Café

French Meadow Bakery & Café, founded in 1985, holds the distinction of being the first certified organic bread bakery in the United States. The Uptown Minneapolis location on Lyndale Avenue S. is home to a collection of private event spaces — the Nord Social Hall, the Nord Tasting Room, the seasonal Nord Patio, and the Bluestem Bar — offering options for celebrations ranging from an intimate seated dinner of 26 guests to a cocktail reception of 150. All catering is prepared in-house by French Meadow's culinary team, drawing on organic ingredients and the kitchen's longstanding relationships with regional farms.
