Looking for an elegant, warm, and inviting venue for your next celebration or company gathering? The Nature & Retreat Center offers an extraordinary nature-inspired space for life’s special moments. Overlooking the nature preserve at Plano’s Oak Point Park, our indoor and outdoor spaces are ideal for intimate weddings, baby showers, corporate retreats, team building events and more! With a guest capacity of up to 100 (though 80 or fewer is ideal for a relaxed and spacious feel), you’ll enjoy a unique event experience, peaceful nature views, and a friendly team here to help you host with ease—one event at a time.

- What is the venue capacity?
- Our absolute maximum capacity is 100. We encourage 80 or less as that is what is most safe and comfortable for you and your guests.
- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Weekends (Fri - Sun): $2,200 Includes 10 hours of venue access + $500 Refundable Security Deposit Weekdays (Mon - Thurs): $120/hour (4 hour min) + $300 Refundable Security Deposit
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- - Tables & Chairs for up to 100 people - Indoor and outdoor event space - Dressing suite - In-house plug & play Audio/Visual system - Open vendor policy - Access to catering prep kitchen (no cooking on-site) - Complimentary Wi-Fi - Complimentary Parking
- Is the venue handicap accessible?
- Yes!
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- Being located on a nature preserve, we cannot permit any decor items that could potentially harm our grounds or eco-system. Including but not limited to: Any kind of fireworks/sparklers, tape/adhesives, inflatables, balloons, any loose decor items such as confetti, glitter, rice, flower petals, etc
