AMERICA'S SQUARE, JOINED BY A DRAMATIC GLASS ATRIUM, IS COMPOSED OF TWO DISTINCTIVE BUILDINGS UNIQUE TO THEMSELVES. LOUISIANA AVENUE is a beautiful, historic building that was originally constructed in 1935 and boasts a classic limestone facade, a two-story marble lobby with Greek columns, and finished ceiling heights of nearly 12 feet. 51 LOUISIANA AVENUE is located in the heart of the historic district of New Orleans. In 2009, Lord Richard Rogers designed a glass and steel building at 300 New Jersey Avenue in New York City that is bold and innovative. Lord Rogers is a well-known international architect who has won numerous awards for his work.
