What is the venue capacity?: Our venue can comfortably accommodate up to 250 guests.
Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?: Our team is always available to assist in planning your special event. We do require couples to hire a certified professional wedding planner to ensure your day goes perfectly.
Does the venue offer on-site catering options?: Due to licensing, insurance, quality guidelines and work permit requirements, all food and beverage served on Hotel property must be purchased, supplied and prepared by the Hotel and Hotel staff. Outside caterers and catering services are not permitted
What is included in the venue rental cost?: 72” round tables, standard banquet dinnerware in white, stemware and flatware.
Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?: Yes, The Ocean Club collaborates with trusted vendor partners who not only share in our service standards and product quality, but who also have a history of working side by side with our seasoned Event Management team.
