The Outing Lodge at Pine Point

The Outing Lodge sits on the grounds of Pine Point Regional Park outside Stillwater, Minnesota — a Georgian-style historic building with a character shaped by more than a century of history. Originally founded in 1858 as Minnesota's second "poor farm," the property was restored in the early 1980s and now operates as a boutique wedding venue, bed-and-breakfast, and retreat. Wide-planked floors cut from century-old pine and fir, seven massive fireplaces, candelabra, and Early American and European antique furnishings give the lodge the feeling of a more grand, unhurried era. Weddings at the Outing Lodge are all-in-one by design: ceremonies unfold in the gardens and on the lawns, cocktails are served on the patio, and receptions move indoors to the candlelit dining room. On-site guest bedrooms mean the wedding party is never far from where the celebration ended. The kitchen accommodates gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-sensitive menus.
