The Palace Arts Center

The Palace Arts Center brings together two historic theaters in the heart of Grapevine's Historic Main Street District, just minutes from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. The Palace Theatre, an Art Deco-style building from the 1940s, was saved from demolition in 1991 when the Grapevine Heritage Foundation acquired it, and today seats 432 guests across its main floor and balcony. The Lancaster Theatre, once home to the 1930s Buckner Cash Grocery and Dry Goods store, has been restored and now hosts smaller gatherings, from meetings and luncheons to receptions and dinner theater. Together the two venues offer more than 15,000 square feet of rental space for weddings, receptions, and corporate gatherings, each with a distinctive vintage flair. The Palace Theatre's stage, complete with light and scenery grids, a green room, and dressing rooms, suits performances, film screenings, and large celebrations, while the Lancaster Theatre's on-site kitchen supports catered luncheons and dinners for smaller groups. Guests can take advantage of free parking along Historic Main Street, with shops and restaurants just steps away before or after an event.
