OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES The Pattison Country Club is an All-Inclusive Wedding Venue located in the heart of Pattison, Texas. Beautiful accommodations are an important part of your event, but at the end of the day, what matters most is the memories that are created. Both of these considerations were taken into consideration when designing our venue. Pattison House is a private residence in the town of Pattison in the county of Pattison. With a passion for restoration that has lasted my entire life, I couldn't resist the opportunity to purchase this property. I could see its potential, and its location was ideal. It had been neglected for years, but I could see its potential. It was tucked away just far enough out of the city for us to enjoy the serenity of the countryside without being too far out that it required a long drive to get there. This historic venue, with its 100-year-old house with a wraparound porch and a garden surrounded by 100-year-old oak trees, as well as its old barn, had the perfect charm for a wedding reception. Knowing that my husband was not going to see the diamond in the rough that I saw, I did what I do with every major decision in my life: I did what I do with every major decision in my life. It was something I prayed about. As I approached the property to take a look at it for the first time, I prayed to God to give me peace of mind in my spirit about whether or not I should proceed with this project. He answered my prayer. As soon as I arrived, literally as soon as I opened my car door, the Methodist Church Bells across the street began to ring out Amazing Grace, a song that has a special meaning to me because it was written for my mother. I knew without a doubt that this project was part of His plan for my life, for no apparent reason other than that. It was then a matter of persuading my husband to sell our beautiful home, which included a kitchen of his dreams that we had recently renovated, in order to invest in this never-ending..... project. Aside from that, his office was only a ten-minute drive away from our house. He would have to agree to a daily commute of 30 minutes in order to do so. We were unable to afford both our home and this property, and I was unsure of where we would live if we were to purchase the property, which was uninhabitable at the time of purchase. Nothing about the process of purchasing the property was convenient or made logical sense to me at the time. However, I was confident that God had a plan, and I was aware that we were a part of that plan, so I left the specifics to Him. As I had expected, when I finally got up the courage to tell my husband about my vision, he shook his head and questioned my sanity. I approached God in prayer once more, trusting that He would determine the final outcome. I was not going to be able to persuade my husband to take on this project; if it was in God's plan for our lives, He would have to intervene. We've arrived at our destination. Danny, on the other hand, is more enthusiastic and in love with the property and its potential than I am. The combination of owning a wedding venue and having the opportunity to put my creative talents to use, as well as my passion for restoration and the thrill of being a part of creating lifelong memories for families, resulted in the completion of this endeavor. As a couple, we are both thrilled to be able to contribute to making the wedding day that they have dreamed about their entire lives a reality. I'm grateful that I can put my trust in God and know that He will see me through whatever He has in store for me. Our daily prayer meeting takes place over a cup of coffee in the morning, and we ask God to pour out His spirit on this place, making it a haven of joy, tranquility, and new beginnings, just as it has itself discovered a new beginning. We have been overwhelmed by the abundance we have witnessed in every detail of this restoration project as it has been brought together. Every time we've reached the end of our rope, God has come through for us. We are thrilled to be able to make it available to new couples and their families in this way. This is a special day for us, and we have gone to great lengths to ensure that what would otherwise be a hectic day is a relaxed and enjoyable one. Our hope is that The Pattison House will be more than a place to stay, but rather an experience.
