What is included in the venue rental cost?: With every 10-hour venue rental, The Pearl includes chairs, tables, patio umbrellas, rooftop lounge furniture, outdoor heaters, Wi-Fi, permanent art installations, HVAC, post-event cleaning, an on-site venue manager, and bicycle parking. Labor charges apply.
Does the venue have a liquor license?: Yes. The Pearl maintains a liquor license and offers a complete in-house bar program. Our team provides a rotating selection of craft beers, thoughtfully sourced wines, and a curated range of premium spirits, along with custom cocktail packages tailored to your event.
Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?: The Pearl is partnered with some of the Bay Area’s top industry players to offer guests in-house versatility that goes beyond the expectations of any private venue.
