With every 10-hour venue rental, The Pearl includes chairs, tables, patio umbrellas, rooftop lounge furniture, outdoor heaters, Wi-Fi, permanent art installations, HVAC, post-event cleaning, an on-site venue manager, and bicycle parking. Labor charges apply.
Does the venue have a liquor license?
Yes. The Pearl maintains a liquor license and offers a complete in-house bar program. Our team provides a rotating selection of craft beers, thoughtfully sourced wines, and a curated range of premium spirits, along with custom cocktail packages tailored to your event.
Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
The Pearl is partnered with some of the Bay Area’s top industry players to offer guests in-house versatility that goes beyond the expectations of any private venue.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
