The Pershing

Located on East 5th Street in East Austin, the Pershing House, Hall, and Café reflect Austin’s relaxed spirit and modern ambition with a venue that is “Texas, European, and a little bit rock and roll”. Once home to the Austin Lumber Company, the Pershing offers three distinct event spaces: the Pershing Hall, which retains the character of the original lumber mill, while the adjoining House (now the Pershing Membership Club) is an intimate 1930s two-story bungalow, and the Michael-Hsu designed Pershing East Café for a light-filled front porch to East Austin. Together, the venue blends industrial heritage with organic design, offering a sophisticated take on bohemian luxury and a seamless flow between indoors and out.
