The Quartermaster Depot

Colorado River State Historic Park occupies 10 acres in Yuma, Arizona, on the grounds of the former U.S. Army Quartermaster Depot established in 1864. Five of the original depot buildings remain, making it one of the best-preserved collections of 19th-century military architecture in the state. The park was renamed from Yuma Quartermaster Depot State Historic Park in 2017 and opened to the public in 1997 after seven years of reconstruction. The manicured grounds and rustic historic buildings create a natural backdrop for weddings, receptions, and private celebrations. A dedicated events team works with couples and event planners to accommodate intimate ceremonies as well as large gatherings with room for hundreds of guests. A dance floor is available on-site, and the park's photogenic architecture and outdoor spaces provide ample opportunities for memorable event photography.
