- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- For vendor load-in, we have 5 parking spot on-site. For guests, we work with 1756 Naud St for self parking + valet options for up to 100 cars. We also work with Los Angeles State Historic Park for parking options over 100 cars. In the later case, valet is required.
- How do you loan in?
- We have an easy load-in area within our gated area with marked parking spots.
- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- We provide a cost proposal depending on the number of guests, how many hours, how many staff members we need for the event, usage, etc. On average, it costs anywhere between $5K to $13K per day.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- We have staff included in the venue rental cost. This includes a site manager, an in-house busser, a bathroom attendant, and security guard at the main entrance.
- What is the venue capacity?
- Up to 275 seated guests and 850 standing guests.
