The Ribbon

Nestled just steps from Central Park and the historic Dakota building, The Ribbon UWS offers a vibrant blend of classic New York charm and contemporary culinary flair. Brought to life by the renowned Bromberg Brothers of Blue Ribbon Restaurants, this 200-seat venue delivers elevated American comfort food with French and Southern influences. Signature dishes include spit-roasted meats, fresh seafood, and their celebrated fried chicken, complemented by an extensive whiskey selection and craft cocktails. Housed within the storied 1920s-era Franconia Hotel—once a Prohibition-era hotspot built by famed gangster Arnold Rothstein—The Ribbon pays homage to its rich history with preserved architectural details and a speakeasy-inspired ambiance. The venue features versatile event spaces, including the intimate Arnold Rothstein Room, making it ideal for private celebrations, corporate gatherings, and milestone events. Whether you're planning a sophisticated soirée or a casual get-together, The Ribbon UWS combines timeless elegance with modern hospitality, ensuring every event is both memorable and uniquely New York.
